Ella is doing better this morning.

Her blood gas at 4am was co2=58, pO2=108. This is much, much better and in the right direction. Praise God!

Also, her chest tubes have been draining. Her total for yesterday was 134; the right was 98 and the left was 36. Keep in mind that this was not even for a 24 hour period – – it was for a total of 14 hours.

When we called, the nurse stated that she is not as fussy – – she is convinced that Ella is feeling much better since those chest tubes have drained.

Throughout the morning, Ella has been awake, looking around and watching the monkey hanging from her bed.

Thank you Lord for progress in the right direction. We praise you for this baby girl and trust that she will be healed in your timing.

Wonderful news for the Lord’s Day! Way to go, Ella, keep it up. You and your family continue to be in our prayers way out here in the Pacific Northwest.

So glad to hear Ella is doing a little better today. Josh and Tina–you are such good parents. I’ll keep praying for all three of you for strength and stamina .

Praise God! That is awesome! I have been away for a few days but you have been on my heart and in my mind nonstop. Wow! I can’t even imagine the rollercoaster ride you have been on. I am so glad to hear and see that you are going back up.

You all are amazing. Ella you are such a fighter. Don’t stop!!
Father God, we are crying out to you. Please make your power perfect. Cover this family with grace and peace that comes only from you. We pray that you would do immeasurably more than all we are asking or can ever imagine. We praise you for everything you have done so far and for the blessing of Ella’s beautiful life. Continue to bless this family, Lord. Give all of them strength to continue on this journey that you have laid out for them. We thank you that you carry them when they are weak, walk beside them, hold them in your hands and never leave them.

Ella, so good to hear you are doing better today..the Lord’s day. I will continue to pray for you Sweet Ella, that you will gain strength and will continue to have reduction in your fluids. Go Ella! Such a little fighter!
Josh and Tina, you are in my thoughts and prayers each day. Stay strong my friends and know that the Lord is with you and with your precious baby girl.

Tina and Josh, I am so glad you spent time together as a couple. Walking on the beach, seeing that incredible lighting show and just connecting as a couple. Good for you—good for Ella. Ella, that new right chest tube looks good on you : )
