On Mother’s Day 2008, I posted a series of photos that visually represented Tina’s journey with Ella. The trend starts right where it left off and continues all the way through today. A taste of Tina’s strength, compassion, patience, humor, and love for Ella can be experienced by the images below. Thank you Jesus for Ella’s amazing mother.

Also, I don’t want to forget to honor Tina by remembering our son, who was with us a very short time, but his footprints will leave a permanent mark on our hearts.

Tina Happy Mothers Day! Love the pictures. I was reading my journal and came across this. ” Mothers are very important to children. They provide the lifeblood, the mind energy, and the “soul food” that every child needs in order to flourish” Clearly doodlebug is flourishing and even though you son was here for such a short time both of your children know how much they are loved because of you! Hugs~

Tina I hope you had an awesome Mother’s Day! The weather sure wasn’t beautiful but your family is. What a journey you have had. The ups and downs of it all and yet you remain steadfast, strong and beautiful. You are the best mother. God knew what he was doing when he gave you Ella. What a lucky little girl. You just beam with love and compassion.
Don’t let us forget your son that you love so much too. The legacy that he left in such a short time is amazing. A lot of it has to do with his parents. You all are AMAZING!!
I know that I am blessed by knowing you. Thanks for sharing your motherhood journey. I have learned
A LOT from you.
I love all of the pictures. It is so neat to see all of the changes and growth in Ella.
Love you, Melissa
