Ella had a great day.

The PT came over around 10am. I was a little concerned because Ella ate around 9:15am and sometimes she likes to take a cat nap. But as soon as she set her eyes on the PT, she smiled. This means that the Bun likes her! That is so good and reassuring, especially this early in the game.

We were able to work together for the entire hour that she was in our home. And surprisingly, Ella tolerated a lot. She got tired a few times and required a while to rest. But overall, she was in a great mood.

The PT comes tomorrow afternoon. I’m hoping for another success. Either way, today as well as last week were both good sessions which is important early on.

Also, we are getting excited because Nurse Janet is going to be starting her vacation this week in Colorado and she is going to stop by and visit with the Bun before she heads to the mountains. We’re so excited to see her!

It’s going to be surreal to see someone we love from Gainesville…someone that experienced our journey along with us in person. And someone that loves our girl too.

We’re so thankful for Ella Renae.

Psalm 138:2
I will bow down toward your holy temple
and will praise your name
for your love and your faithfulness,
for you have exalted above all things
your name and your word.

My goodness……..but your getting big!
I’ve been busy helping take care of my father who is ill so haven’t spent much time on the old “puter”. It’s great to see Ella doing so well. How nice for all of you to be home. The lord has it all in control, and that’s wonderful! Enjoy your time with nurse Janet!

We are so very grateful for your continued patience and love for Ella. She looks so very good. Great hearing she is getting better at new people and some new experiences. Kinda reasonable when you think of all the “new” experiences she was exposed to the first few months of life. Perhaps seeing a new face meant more uncomfortable episodes. She is bright she has it all figued out. This little apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. LOL Aunt Char

Oh, good! What a relief. I had been hoping Ella would tolerate the PT session. I’ll keep praying that Ella has fun with her new PT games and grows and develops steadily. Rob keeps saying, “Awe, she’ll be fine. She’ll catch up. They always do. Just give her some time.”

I’m glad she had a good session. We’re praying for you three. Tell Ella that we’re behind her.

My goodness, what a smile! And what a relief for PT to be going well, and a blessing to have helpful, loving visitors. Hard to believe it’s been this close to year, but even one-day-at-a-time adds up. All our love. XOXOXO

I believe that Ella may grow up to be a PT. She is already enjoying it. So happy to hear that she is doing well with the new PT. We talked before she saw Ella; she sounded very good and nice, too. I will keep my ears and eyes open for updates from the website. Love to all, Barbara
