Dear friends and family,
On Monday, April 2nd, 2007, we went for our 20 week ultrasound and found out that we were having a baby girl. On Wednesday, April 4th, we found out that she has a high-risk birth defect called Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH). God is using this time to stretch us and test our faith, but we are holding tight to His promises.

I love that you are in your own space / home! It sure looks like Ellas is adjusting to Colorado life well. Being a Mommy is the toughest job in the world and yours is more complicated than the average bear. I love that she is kicking her feet all around and working those tummy muscles – she really looks sweet and happy in every single picture. You are blessed with a personality GIRL!
