Ella’s grandpa was our first official visitor. I think he was a little excited to see us back in Colorado. =)

We still have a bunch of unpacking to do, and we’re both still totally wiped from the traveling. I’m going to extend my time off work through tomorrow to help Tina get the house organized and rest up for work.

Ella’s grandma (Tina’s mom) also flew in from California tonight. She’ll be with us for the next week and a half.

Please pray for our discernment when it comes to Ella’s doctors. She has multiple appointments this week, and we will be choosing doctors based on what our gut tells us.

Gotta love that smile on the Bun!

We’re so glad ya’ll made it home safely. We’ve been praying for a safe trip and for Ella to be able to adjust to the air up there. We’ll be praying for God to direct you to the right Doctors and Therapists and to continue to watch over you three. We consider ourselves blessed to have had the opportunity to meet you and we’re looking forward to seeing you again one day.

Lookin’ good, Grandpa! Glad to see that, though the oxygen has had to be turned up, Ella hasn’t lost her fabulous smile. Also glad you’re able to take today to rest and recoup, JW, before going back to work. We’re thrilled beyond measure to have you all home, and are praying for the transition, including Ella’s medical care, to go well. XOXOXO

So glad you’re all home SAFE! It must feel so good to be in your own “space.” We’ll be looking forward to hearing how medical care for CDH babies progresses in Colorado!

Ella, thank you for loving on Uncle George for us. We sure do miss him a lot. When Kailee and Deanna where little they thought he was their grandpa. I’m so glad he’s finally one for real and that he gets to have you so close! About time you were home!

I haven’t had much time to respond, but I have definitely been staying up to date. I am so thrilled you made it home. I will pray for guidance in choosing the right docs. “God Luck”
