When I run errands and have time to myself, I listen to praise songs in the car.

Most of the time, I do not think about it. But when I stop and reflect on what has happened to us this past year, His love and goodness to us, and what a miracle our baby girl is, I can’t help but let the tears flow. This song did it to me this weekend. You can listen too:

Who Am I
by Casting Crowns

Who am I, that the Lord of all the earth
Would care to know my name
Would care to feel my hurt
Who am I, that the Bright and Morning Star
Would choose to light the way
For my ever wandering heart

Not because of who I am
But because of what You’ve done
Not because of what I’ve done
But because of who You are

I am a flower quickly fading
Here today and gone tomorrow
A wave tossed in the ocean
Vapor in the wind
Still You hear me when I’m calling
Lord, You catch me when I’m falling
And You’ve told me who I am
I am Yours, I am Yours

Who am I, that the eyes that see my sin
Would look on me with love and watch me rise again
Who am I, that the voice that calmed the sea
Would call out through the rain
And calm the storm in me

Not because of who I am
But because of what You’ve done
Not because of what I’ve done
But because of who You are

I am a flower quickly fading
Here today and gone tomorrow
A wave tossed in the ocean
Vapor in the wind
Still You hear me when I’m calling
Lord, You catch me when I’m falling
And You’ve told me who I am
I am Yours

Not because of who I am
But because of what You’ve done
Not because of what I’ve done
But because of who You are

I am a flower quickly fading
Here today and gone tomorrow
A wave tossed in the ocean
Vapor in the wind
Still You hear me when I’m calling
Lord, You catch me when I’m falling
And You’ve told me who I am
I am Yours

I am Yours
Whom shall I fear
Whom shall I fear
‘Cause I am Yours
I am Yours

Hi, I talked to your dad today Tina. He is so proud of all you have done and the choices you have made in your life. He wants all of you home. He can hardly contain himself just thinking of all the progress that you and the baby and of course Josh have made. We love you. We wish we could do more than what is available to us now. We know the Lord is watching over Ella and that you were chosen to be her mom and Josh her dad. For whatever it is worth, we are so proud of you too. You three have gone so far in spirituality, most folks never get that far. How the listen seems to be on the top of your list. The difficult journey has honed your people skills for you will never be the same. Your Dad is not only counting the days, but minutes till your arrival. He is so proud of all of you. He cannot contain himself. He has good reason. We are grateful for the opportunity to watch. Our prayers and stamina hopefully will sustain you on your way home. We love you. Aunt Char and Jim

Hi Tina,

I’ve been following Ella’s development since my friend share this site to me. I am glad she has a caring and God-fearing parents. From now on i will be including ella in my prayer. The song i am yours is one of my favorite Christian songs. I agree with its message. Always be strong and May God Bless you.

Romans 8:28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

None of us get what we deserve. And I am so thankful for that.
We were just talking about God’s mercy last night during our family worship. Your family is such a testimony to that mercy and love.
May his grace and mercy follow you all continuously.
